the staff were really nice. they seemed to know what they were doing, acceptable.
Parking was supposedly free, but there were so few spots i ended up paying quite a bit to park on the street. the room itself felt pretty dated. The furniture looked worn. and the carpets definitely needed a deep clean, or maybe just replacing altogether.

The staff was super friendly. i received a warm welcome, and everyone seemed happy to assist. the room was spacious. The kids could move around easily (which is always a plus!). the location was very nice, offering a great view.
The cleanliness could improve. I noticed dust in the bathroom. the carpets looked worn, and the furniture seemed outdated. it made getting luggage up a bit difficult.
